He began his construction career in 2010 working for Roger Pelletier Roofing & Siding in Topsham, Maine, where he quickly became a top performer. After five years, Brad transitioned into subcontracting in 2015, with the goal of building his own business while continuing to deliver high-quality work.

As Roger Pelletier prepared for retirement, Brad steadily grew his own client base. One of his early and ongoing partnerships includes subcontracting for Lowe’s, where he continues to provide installation services today. Freeman & Son Construction now proudly serves homeowners and businesses throughout Central and Southern Maine, from Augusta to Portland and surrounding areas.

Brad specializes in a wide range of home improvement services, including roofing, siding, window and door replacement, decking, custom deck builds, sheetrock repair, rot repair, and skylight installation and repair. He is also lead-certified, ensuring safe and compliant work on every project.
